We all stand at the "crossroads" at various times in life and for various reasons. One definition of a crossroads is "a point which a vital decision must be made". If you believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob you will see in Genesis 12 that God commanded Abraham to "get yourself out of your country, away from your kinsman and away from your father's house, and go to the land that I will show you".

God was demanding a drastic change in Abraham's life and Abraham had to make up his mind, would he follow God or live life his own way. Abraham chose to follow God trusting and putting faith in a God that he could not see.

Abraham had to make a life changing decision to "crossover" from one life to another. God challenges us today to follow Him in faith and to trust Him just as He challenged Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The Hebrew word "halakh" means to walk, that is to put one foot in front of the other in the direction that our Heavenly Father is calling us.
